This restored Benroy teardrop trailer was stolen in San Diego, CA. Below are the details from the owners:

Benny was stolen on Sunday, May 31, 2009 between 9am and 7pm from 2348 Highview Lane, Spring Valley, CA 91977.

I have not received any communication from the authorities with regard to their progress and I am absolutely heart-broken with her absence. In calling the Sheriff’s Department Detective Sherman I get a voice mail indicating that if he has not called me "he has not located the vehicle" (in this case trailer).

As you can see by the "Benroy Tailgate & Bumper" photo, "Benroy" is the License plate and "Benroy" is engraved in the chrome bumper (that’s me in blue). As you know, all of the Vintage Teardrops have unique style and personalities . . . so if you or anyone has seen or sees this sweet retreat on wheels on the road or in a campsite anytime after May 31, 2009 it doesn’t belong there. I am offering a $500 reward for information leading to her recovery.
